Job Description
OVERVIEW:
As Antelope’s Director of International Sales, you will be responsible for leading and executing the company's international sales strategy across all brands and driving revenue growth in global markets. You will report directly to the GM/VP of Strategy & Integration and work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that the company's products are effectively positioned and sold in international markets. You will champion Antelope’s brands internationally and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Utilize data and CRM to optimize sales efforts and identify potential areas of growth for your team
  • Monitor and manage international sales budgets to ensure profitability and ROI
  • Attend distributor trade shows / sales meetings
  • Educate prospective customers and pitch the value of all Antelope brands
  • Conduct lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, and closing of potential new customers
  • Manage export process from order fulfillment, international logistics, and local regulatory requirements
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations to ensure that the company's products are effectively positioned in international markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with international distributors and retail partners to drive sales growth while building local brand equity
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and potential threats to international sales growth
  • Develop and execute the Antelope international sales strategy, including market entry plans, product positioning, pricing, and channel management
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Growth mindset and resilience under pressure
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful international sales strategies
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with international partners
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
