International Sales Manager Jobs

Summary

International Sales position is responsible for developing long term business growth in direct sales, managing existing customers and developing new customers in assigned territories that ensures attainment of sales goals and profitability: Caribbean Island Territory.

Responsibilities

:

• Manage, develop and track launch plans for all new products
• Brand support and execution of activities in each market
• International traveling will be required-Regular market visits
• Developing new customers and negotiate business conditions
• Conduct market analysis to maximize sales
• Conduct international direct sales
• Develop business plan and strategy for Caribbean region in beauty related industry.
• Conduct international visits to understand marketplace, meet with distributors/retailers, observe operations, identifying areas for improvement, and recommend growth strategies
• Develop new product categories in each market
• Managing and building srong relationahip with existing customers-Retailers/Distributors

(KSA) Knowledge/experience, Skills, Ability & Attitude

• Must have 2+ Domestic or/and International beauty related direct sales experiences
• Customer service oriented
• Bi-lingual in Korean and English
• In-depth knowledge of the Caribbean market and ethnic market industry
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Extensive traveling required
• Strong communication and presentation skill required
• Basic understanding of the region's economics, political, social, culture and business landscape
