Job Summary
Assists SVP and Sales team with the execution of sales plans and initiatives for business across specialty retail customers and brand customers; focuses on enhancing business relationships and driving repeat business for this category of customer. Analyze data and report analysis to SVP, including, but not limited to, WM Retail Link, SDM an Loblaws Portal, GS1, Nielsen Data, forecasts, supply/demand analysis.
Pay Range: $85,000/yr - $95,000/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Performs other related duties as assigned, including managing messenger/fed ex/ reports as requested and other sundry duties
- Conduct full lifecycle of analytics projects (including pulling, manipulating, and exporting data) from project requirements documentation to design and execution
- Ensures communications are coordinated and support sales plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with CMO.
- Assists with implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
- Evaluate key performance indicators, provide ongoing reports, and recommend business plan updates
- Develop and implement data analyses, leveraging collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Serve as liaison between staff and management by analyzing and interpreting data for company procedures, policies, and workflows
- Working closely with SVP - Sales and team, supports the annual sales plan within the organizational strategy and objectives.
- Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts
- Work closely with Marketing/Planning/Operations to ensure optimum customer service Interpret data using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques
- Advanced analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating abundant information accurately
