5+ years of experience in a role as PMO coordinator or project manager

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Oversees, manages, and tracks all incoming tasks and actions related to both the DSCM CTS office and Peraton.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10-12, a Master's Degree and 8-10 or a High School Diploma and 16 years of experience.

Experience in performing PMO roles on large and complex global programs.

Experience of overseeing deliverables from initiation through client acceptance.

Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

A PMP certification is desired.

Extensive skills and knowledge of Project, Program and Portfolio management

At least 5-10 years management experience.

Support Bio-Rad’s strategic objectives by leading a team of Project Managers.

Extensive knowledge of Continuous improvement methodologies

Excellent networking and collaboration skills with proven ability to work in a matrix environment

Very strong financial skills, especially on business case preparations and projects.

2-5 Years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or Business Analyst

Support senior executives and liaise with them to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives

Submit and manage purchase orders for approved projects in third party vendor platform

Partner with internal leaders and vendors to recruit and manage third party consulting resources

Previous experience in a PMO Coordination role (preferred)

Experience working in on a global team within Financial Services, Banking, or Technology Sector (preferred)
