What you'll do


Drive high-impact, high-visibility, cross-team programs to meet business strategic objectives and key results. Drive successful program management, including working with internal SMEs, and sometimes external agencies, on strategic efforts that require hands-on focus driving results across multiple functional disciplines and business organizations.


How you will make an impact


  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.
  • Continuously improve the effectiveness and cohesiveness of the domain, ensuring alignment across functions and delivery against strategic and operational objectives.
  • Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.
  • Look left to right across the organization to draw out insights, drive efficiencies and solutions to business problems to ensure the team is setup to meet business goals.
  • Ensure lean principals and continuous improvement are part of each area's operations plan
  • Open Door Policy. Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas.
  • Drive informed decision-making and ensures resolution of critical issues by partnering with senior leaders to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues within the business; identifying potential risk; creating communication strategy and content; educating sponsors, stakeholders, and executive leadership on program requirements; and developing and implementing a program management life cycle.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key partners within and across the organization by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
  • Direct the prioritization, scoping, evaluation, and feasibility assessment of multiple, competing, and enterprise-wide projects by directing program and project managers in the selection and facilitation of a cross-functional team of stakeholders; communicating goals, objectives, and priorities of the department to key business stakeholders; and influencing departmental strategic plans.
  • Oversee program performance by reviewing projections compared to actual results; identifying key performance indicators and trend data; guiding return-on-investment analyses; reviewing customer response and feedback from key stakeholders; addressing cross-functional program and project issues; collaborating with teams across the company to leverage processes in order to increase service and product capabilities.
  • Direct program management process improvement by overseeing gap analyses; evaluating and determining practicality of improvement opportunities; developing improved processes based on best practices and standards; ensuring alignment of process improvement with department and company strategy; providing guidance to project leads on process improvement; gaining buy-in and approval from leadership on process improvements; and overseeing the implementation of processes.
  • Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the
