Who You Are
As a Portfolio Assistant, you will have in-depth knowledge of all details regarding BHG Portfolios and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders. You will also be a liaison to the collections and legal teams providing them exceptional service on requests regarding BHG accounts. In addition, you will be responsible for handling all bankruptcy accounts.
What You'll Do

• Become a subject matter expert on the details of all BHG portfolios
• A liaison for collections and legal team communications
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
• Process transaction requests from internal groups
• Responsible for bankruptcy files and servicing of the files

• BS/BA degree
• Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
