Director Ecommerce (Product) - 100% remote - must live in the U.S. and visa sponsorship unavailable

This is a high-impact role within this successful Series C VC-backed company. The Director Ecommerce sits on the Growth Team, own e-commerce, and will have the opportunity to manage the top revenue channel product and own a critical part of the growth engine.

Responsibilities of the position:

• Always analyzing quantitative & qualitative data to identify new testing opportunities for continued growth
• Design & drive the best strategy to maximize the performance of the company's website
• Oversee the process to support customers through the delivery of purchase
• Work closely with the development team to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality
• Responsible for the consumer website, fulfillment infrastructure, and core analytics systems
• Oversee product organization for company website
• Partner with SEO team to maintain content & keep technical optimizations up to date
• Identify the best path to educate & convert visitors to the website through best practices in UI, CRO, & UX

Requirements for consideration:

• Knowledge of working with high AOV products is a huge plus
• Successful history of running a product organization to achieve business goals
• Knowledge of design programs such as Sketch, Photoshop, Figma is a plus
• Extremely data oriented with a great product sense
• Strong experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is highly preferred
• 8+ years of experience leading ecommerce at a high-growth DTC or consumer goods company with $80MM+ revenue a year
• Successful history of working remotely - meeting times are usually set EST
• Growth-oriented technical problem solver at heart
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product managing web developers and designers
