Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Healthcare Product Owner - REMOTE in our National Healthcare Business Unit. While our headquarters location is St. Louis, MO, this position is remote and can be based anywhere within the continental United States.

Responsibilities
- Lead teams of engineers through the completion of all phases of the project.
- Understand complexities of a large program and provide guidance for the development teams.
- Manage milestones across multiple teams.
- Establish common goals across multiple teams, and define useful metrics and reporting to track team performance.
- Interact with product managers, project managers and other organizational units such as QA, operations, and external IT partners.
- Negotiate scope, schedule, and funding with external IT and business partners.
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Global Delivery Model is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- 3-5+ years of healthcare industry experience in Product Owner or related role, payer or provider side or both, in consulting or directly, with strong relationship management, account management, and sales support experience.
- Hands on experience with gathering, managing and prioritizing product backlog. Well-versed in industry best-practices and current technologies.
- Must have experience in agile environment and Jira
- 3-5+ years of Product Owner experience including in Healthcare industry - and experience with full product lifecycle
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
- Highly proficient in collaborating with product and project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high quality projects.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Experience with mandates and government affairs
- CSPO Certification
- Scrum/Agile Methodology
