Director Of Product Management | Retail Ecommerce B2B

Director of Product Management to lead our product strategy and drive innovation in the B2B retail industry. This role is instrumental in taking our products from ideation (0) to successful implementation (1), particularly in startup environments. We are a highly successful Series B funded company with 15 large scale customers and growing! Come lead Product!

6. Product/Retail/Ecommerce (need technical mindset, analytics mindset). Bring a deep understanding of Retailers pain points.
7. Have a strong mix of business and product mentality for Market Research/Competitive Analysis. Business minded/strategy piece is more important than deep technical.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing product team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our company's goals and market demands.
• Drive product roadmap planning, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product decisions and enhance user experiences.
• Establish key performance metrics and track product performance to ensure success and iterate as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in successfully developing and delivering innovative products.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with a focus on B2B within the retail industry.
• Thrives in startup environments with a high level of adaptability and resilience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market trends into actionable product strategies.
