You develop and implement business to business to consumer marketing activation strategies, plans and programs to elevate customer marketing excellence at Mondelēz with a focus on continuous evolution of the marketing ecosystems, ways of working and practices as well as providing strategic thought leadership in removing barriers to growth while delighting our Foodservice customers.


How You Will Contribute


You will lead marketing excellence in our Foodservice Channel through initiatives that modernize and elevate our marketing practices (for example: prioritization, simplification, digitization, creative excellence, commercialization, talent development, impactful ROI, budget streamlining, etc.). To excel in this role, you will ensure that there is a seamless marketing ecosystem among internal teams and external partnerships, drive a customer centric marketing community culture, foster a high-performance team experience, establish standards of excellence, and drive the adoption of metrics that measure marketing excellence that unlocks substantial business growth.

More About This Role


  • Experience managing a significant P&L
  • Minimum 2 years of client facing and business development
  • People management experience
  • 3-5 years Foodservice experience
  • 5-8 years brand marketing experience (category marketing and marketing activation)
  • 4 year degree, MBA preferred
  • Will have access to industry leading resources, tools that will enable this person to make strategic recommendations and impact decision making
  • Experience with product innovation and content creation
