E-Commerce Operations Specialist Jobs

Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an E-commerce Operations Specialist on behalf of our amazing client, a non-profit organization with a mission to promote patriotism and education. This is an incredible Full-Time, Direct-Hire, and Onsite opportunity located in Washington, D.C.

The weekly schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role will mainly be responsible for order delivery and inventory management for the online store.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee fulfillment functions.

• Develop new processes that will improve operations to be more efficient and effective in providing excellent customer service.

• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth.

• Provide feedback on the store’s website.

• Reconcile vendor invoices and process vendor returns. • Organize pop-up shops.

• Occasional travel off-site to conferences and volunteer events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of online retail operations experience.

• Proven experience with POS systems and e-commerce platforms.

• Strong inventory/order management knowledge and computer software experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: This exciting career opportunity allows you to work with a brilliant and thriving team! The salary range is $50,000-$55,000 annually.
