Truly is a leading beauty company built around it's award-winning and iconic bath & beauty products. We are looking for a motivated e-commerce manager to help drive the success of our DTC business.
The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for the every day success of trulybeauty.com and it’s corresponding mobile app. This position will oversee website reporting, website merchandising, integrated campaign support, and tech stack efficiency. This role will support multiple functions of the Truly marketing team by managing web optimization for site performance, and executing brand initiatives to support revenue goals.Operational duties this position is accountable for include: website merchandising, performance optimization, execution of integrated marketing campaigns on site, and managing the mobile application for Truly. This position reports to the Senior Director of E-Commerce.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support the day to day operations of the e-commerce tech stack
- Manage the day to day administration and website merchandising for trulybeauty.com and the Truly mobile app
- Partner with supply chain and operations teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Lead various digital projects, relevant to the website, as assigned by the Sr. Director of E-Commerce
- Execute all website merchandising activities, partnering with development teams as needed
- Support the Sr. Director of E-Commerce with digital budget tracking for the e-commerce tech stack and related agencies
- Manage and execute integrated promotional campaigns on the website and mobile application
- Drive revenue from the e-commerce platform using a data-driven approach to optimization
- Work cross functionally with key stakeholders in customer success, paid media, lifecycle, and organic to address programmatic needs, customer pain points, and brand initiatives
- Provide reporting and insights on key website metrics and customer shopping data
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Qualifications/Desired Behaviors:
- Expert-level experience working in Shopify is a must
- You adopt a customer-first approach to your work
- 3-5+ years of experience working on direct to consumer brand e-commerce websites
- You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
- You have a bias towards action and use data to solve problems
- You have a high level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work on remote teams
- Ability to work in agile/scrum frameworks preferred but not required
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments, and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
