Employee Communications Manager

The Sage Group’s client who has created the world's most innovative video experience platform is seeking an experienced internal/employee communications manager to support the employee and sustainability communications lead. The support will range from writing first draft messages to project managing upcoming Town Halls.

Additional responsibilities:

• Write compelling communications to promote initiatives and drive results.
• Manage reporting for the team’s communications and events.
• Draft comms to a global employee base - messaging that keeps employees informed, included, and inspired.
• Project management content and communications for All Hands meetings and presentations.
• Publish communications to global audiences.
• Ad hoc comms related projects as needed.

Experience/Skills Required

• Excellent verbal communicator and an internal “marketer” to create compelling messaging and narratives, leveraging data and facts to build Trust with our employees.
• Experience working with executives, high level stakeholders and SMEs.
• Adaptable and humble, willing to take on projects big and small.
• Ability to synthesize and accurately disseminate information from a variety of sources and individuals in a large-scale, ever-changing environment.
• 1+ years’ experience working within the high technology industry, ideally global
• BS in Journalism, English, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred
• Ability to design slide decks.
• Engaging writer and storyteller
• Demonstrated success working with tight deadlines and last-minute requests.
• 3-4 years’ experience in employee or internal communications roles.
• Excellent project management experience.

Long term contract (6 months to start)

Part time hours during Summer then full time, flexibility to stay part time

100% remote within the U.S., eastern time zone preferred
