  • Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix
  • Implement virus detection and eradication procedures
  • Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions

  • 1+ years of experience in a related help desk or IT support area required
  • Requires 1+ years of technical support experience with the following: Windows 10, VoIP, Teamcenter, mobile phones including Android and iPhone experience
  • Demonstrate excellent ability to support, review, analyze, and evaluate various systems operations
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate to all user community in written and verbal form
Preferred Requirements:
Office 365 experience is preferred but not required.
