Treez is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tech Support Specialist. Our support team goes above and beyond to make sure our customers are happy, issues are resolved and we have exceeded their expectations. WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Tech Support Specialist at Treez you’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers get exceptional technical support and customer service. You will be providing product and technical support, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT

• Identify & troubleshoot product and technical issues and then provide clear and concise explanations and solutions to our clients
• Respond to inbound customer and stakeholder inquires
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customers with accurate information and support
• Maintain accurate and detailed customers records and documentation
• Be a valued subject matter expert to our customers
• Provide exceptional technical support and customer service with a focus on resolving issues quickly and efficiently
• Continuously evaluate and identify areas for improvement in the technical support process

• Must be willing to have flexible work hours in order to meet the needs of the business/customer
• At least 3+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
• Familiarity with cannabis dispensary operations and cannabis tech related products such as POS systems
• Strong phone and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical customers
• Experience using customer support software and tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.
• Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently, autonomously & efficiently in a remote work environment
• Verifiable cannabis industry experience required (cannabis technology SaaS experience preferred)
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
