Overview A White Glove Deskside Technician is a technical support specialist who provides on-site assistance to customers with their computer hardware and software needs. They are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, setting up and configuring hardware and software, and providing technical training and support. Detailed Job Description White Glove Deskside Technicians are responsible for providing on-site technical support to customers. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, setting up and configuring hardware and software, and providing technical training and support. They must be able to diagnose and repair hardware and software problems, as well as provide technical advice and guidance to customers. They must also be able to install and configure new hardware and software, as well as maintain existing hardware and software. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
