Responsibilities
1. Lead the end-to-end project management process for design initiatives, from initial concept to final delivery. Drive alignment on project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and manage risks and issues. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, align on priorities, allocate design resources, and ensure smooth execution. Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams to drive successful outcomes and build trust.
3. Continuously evaluate and improve design processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. Anticipate and identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and drive process standardization across design teams. Drive and contribute to onboarding initiatives to help the team grow with consistency and shared purpose.
4. Stakeholder Management: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, product owners, and external partners. Regularly communicate project status, risks, and dependencies. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

1. Proven experience as a design program manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and design-focused organization.
2. Strong understanding of design processes, methodologies, and tools.
3. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
6. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $125000 - $232222 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
