Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Associate at Le Superbe located in Los Angeles, CA. The Design Associate will assist in creating, developing, and executing design concepts for the company's product line, which includes clothing and accessories. The Design Associate will work closely with the Design Director to help create mood boards, sketch designs, select fabrics, and attend fittings. The Design Associate will also conduct market research to stay current on trends and new fabrics, and will assist with the creation of technical design packages.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• 1-3 years of experience in design, with experience in fashion design preferred.
• Knowledge of fabrics, fabric quality, and construction techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as design, fashion, or textiles.
