We are currently seeking an Oracle Database Administrator to join our team to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Legacy AMPS contract. In this position, you will primarily provide all activities related to the administration of database schemas and their objects within a suite of Oracle COTS products with Oracle Identity Management (OIM) at its core. Project long-range requirements for database schema administration and design in conjunction with Infrastructure DBAs in the information systems function. Design, create, and maintain database schemas in a client/server environment. Conduct quality control and auditing of database schemas to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data and permissions. Design, implement, and maintain complex database schema objects with respect to user requirements, access methods, access time, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and security, documentation, and statistical methods. Apply knowledge and experience with database technologies, development methodologies, and front-end programming languages (e.g., SQL). Perform database programming and supports systems design.
Administer and troubleshoot Oracle EBS Financial ERP, Oracle Database, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Single Sign-On (SSO)/Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Hyperion, Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) software, Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK), and Oracle Governance, Risk, Compliance tools, and cloning. Implement Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC), Active Dataguard, Golden Gate, and database performance tuning within the Oracle EBS environment.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Eight years’ experience with Oracle Identity Management 12C (OIM).
- Experience with a minimum of two of the following: Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), Oracle HTTP Service (OHS), Oracle Identity Analytics (OIA) and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), Oracle Access Manager (OAM) (Security hardening, basic configuration, patches, and related infrastructure components).
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware components.
- Progressive experience of database query languages such as Oracle (primarily), PL SQL, SQL Server, and MS Access.
- At least five (5) years, in the DoD, with hands-on experience and expertise in Database Schema management.
- Experience also shall include capability to work on various operating systems and additional programming languages.
- Experience in at least four (4) projects in a large organization responsible for administering, operating, maintaining, and securing a large-scale computer database.
- Experience in migrating databases and associated applications to Cloud environments.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:
- Knowledge of, or experience, with the OCI infrastructure, Middleware, Okta Single Sign-On (SSO), Help Desk support, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Application Security (AppSec), and Audit services.
- Perform database programming and supports systems design including maintenance of database dictionaries, overall monitoring of standards and procedures, file design and storage, and integration of systems through database design. • Ability to provide occasional support for after-hours database maintenance and administration activities.
- Excellent and proactive interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, team player with attention to detail.
- Ability to follow schedule and meet deadlines.

- OCP18 ; OCM18; GSOC; DB2; ; MCITP DBA; MCITP DBD; MCM: MCA: MS SQL Server, MCSE:DP, MCSM:DP, M2012 SQL
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree is desired.
Certification Requirements:
- OCA18 or relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
- DoD Approved 8140.3 or 8570.01 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II
Security Clearance Requirement:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Clearance: - Secret
- Sensitivity Leve - IT-I – Critical Sensitive
