Responsibilities...

• Develops ETL’s using Power BI to facilitate Extraction Transformation and data Load from various data sources and repositories.
• Develops conceptual, logical, and physical data models and perform data conversion, data integration and data mining for an enterprise-class data warehouse/business intelligence (BI)/advanced analytics ecosystem
• Creates LDAP authentication to enable SingleSign on for Users in development environment leveraging an analytics repository.
• Designs schemas using KPIs, Fact, Dimensions, Physical, Logical, Alias and Extension tables and will build business models and establish relationships & Foreign Keys (Physical & Logical) between tables.
• Uses PBI to create/update mapping using different transformations required to move data into the data warehouse.
• Installs, configures, develops, supports, and maintains the BI applications.

Requirements...

• Must be able to collaboratively work among customer and technical teams to propose new data warehouse/reporting/analytics solutions.
• Experience in a SWL-based data warehouse environment with many of the following technical tools: BI Apps.9.6.3, SQL, T-SQL, PowerShell Scripting, Windows XP.
• Must have Experience understanding customer business needs and translating business needs to technical/process implications.
• Must have experience reacting to problems and correcting the program as necessary.

Desired Experience and Skills...

• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal organizations.

Years of Experience: Requires at least 6-8 years relevant experience, including demonstrable experience as ETL developer using Power BI in an enterprise-level data warehouse environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area. 8 years of additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Location: Remote within the United States.

Clearance: Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
