We are seeking to add a Data Entry Clerk (BILINGUAL ENGLIS/SPANISH) to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. Candidate must be reliable as you will be responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing data in digital databases. You also be inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers and double-checking their work to make sure they inputted data correctly.
Responsibilities
·Enter variety of data using current technology
·Prepare and sort documents for data entry
·Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
·Review and enter data updates in the systems
·Review discrepancies in data received
·Advise supervisor of issues related to data
·Office task
·Microsoft (word; excel)
·Customer service
·Admin basic Knowledge
Qualifications
·Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
·Excellent typing skills
·Strong organizational skills
·Deadline and detail-oriented
Pay Rate: $16-$28 Per Hour
