Dasu Studio Marketing Coordinator

DASU Studios is a portrait photography studio that houses LA’s most talented portrait photographers to help the everyday people celebrate their beauty and empower their identity. We are a small team of 3 looking for an early hire that can wear many hats and develop as you grow.
Working hand in hand with the CEO and Studio Manager, you will be helping create marketing campaigns and strategies when needed and executing day-to-day marketing needs.

• Work with leadership to establish brand guidelines, metrics, and standards.
• Build, strengthen, and amplify our company’s brand awareness with all audiences, including consumers of our products and services, employees, vendors, and communities.
• Manage and work with other contractors such as event planners, florists, and photographers.
• More specifically, you’ll get to:
• Create and manage a social media posting schedule.
• Observe and analyze market and competitor trends.
• Understand and effectively convey the brand and vision of DASU.
• Gather data and review analytics with the team to ensure company goals are being met.
• Create marketing materials such as, but not limited to, social media posts, social media copy, website visual digital assets, website copy, event promotional material, and newsletters.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant brand strategy and/or integrated marketing experience
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
• Strong research skills
• Experience with design software: Photoshop and Illustrator and other relevant software
• Strategic thinker
• Passion for social impact is a plus
• A degree in business, marketing, or branding required or other experience/education equivalent may suffice
• Creative and compelling storyteller
• Previous brand strategy experience at a modern, high-end service-based company is a high plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to deliver articulate and organized presentations and analytics
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $60,000k ~ $75,000k (Open to negotiation depending on your experience and skill set)
