We have a new opportunity for a Corporate Governance Coordinator supporting our in-house Legal team.


Our Corporate Governance Coordinator will provide corporate governance and compliance support for The Wonderful Company, a private-held group of companies composed of over 300 domestic and foreign entities by assisting with the drafting and filing of various corporate government documents, including formation documents, resolutions, minutes and annual reports.



  • Support tax, finance, accounting and other departments with various matters and inquiries relating to corporate governance, including banking and financial KYC requests and audits
  • Assist business units and regulatory compliance team on various compliance matters, including business registrations, state qualifications, licenses, dbas and other compliance documentation, as requested
  • Approximately 25% of time to support Legal Operations team with maintenance and support of systems, vendor relationships, onboarding and department-wide processes
  • Create presentations, documents and corporate organizational charts using PowerPoint, Visio and Excel
  • Maintain corporate minute books
  • Organize and maintain corporate records in our online database (hCue)
  • Support the Manager of Corporate Governance in company-wide improvements relating to corporate governance and legal operations


Qualifications


  • Demonstrated ability to both multi-task with attention to detail, as well as prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to tackle new projects and come up with creative solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with executives
  • Experience with US entity formation, governance and maintenance, and knowledge of entity management systems (particularly hCue), e-filing systems, billing software a plus
  • Experience in a law firm or in-house corporate legal department a plus
  • High proficiency using business software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) is essential


Pay Range: $40.38 - $44.23 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
