Studio Manager/Assistant Jobs

CO is a luxury womenswear brand based in Los Angeles, CA. Founded in 2011 by filmmakers Stephanie Danan and Justin Kern, the brand is now carried by over 100 retailers worldwide.

CO currently has a full-time position available for an Executive Assistant. Working out of our Koreatown Showroom, the ideal candidate will support the two Founders/Designers with day-to-day operations. The candidate must be organized, excel at multi-tasking, and take direction well.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

·personal errands for CEO

. manage interns

·Manage busy travel schedule

·General office management duties

. assist all departments

QUALIFICATIONS

·Proficiency with Microsoft Office

·Excellent communication skills

·Ability to multi-task

·Detail-oriented

·Positive attitude

·Entrepreneurial spirit

·Must have a car
