Join our highly skilled Customer Success Team!


The Associate Customer Success (Portfolio Team) represents the front line of Linode's Customer Success efforts. This team effectively engages with an assigned portfolio of customers in all stages of the customer lifecycle. It drives the customer's voice into Linode's decision-making process. These efforts will result in decreased customer churn. Also improved is Net Dollar Retention (NDR) from our assigned customers.

An ACSM(P) should have great attention to detail and organizational skills. Included are business acumen and high level of integrity. The ACSM(P) will also require a professional demeanor and interpersonal and communication skills. This role helps their team align the goals of Linode with those of its customers. It helps and reinforce success on both sides of the relationship.


As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for-


  • Conducting outreach to non-portfolio customers
  • Delivering valuable and proactive guidance
  • Handling incoming requests from engaged customer
  • Delivering regular reviews of assigned customer performance to management
  • Assisting in the collection, aggregation, and reporting of customer needs.

To be successful in this role you will-


  • Have solid understanding of content delivery basics and general knowledge of internet technologies
  • Have experience with or membership in Success Expert (CSE) Advancement Path
  • Have demonstrated written and verbal communication and exceptional presentation skills
  • Have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of applicable account portfolio management experience

Compensation


Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary for this position ranges from $77,487 - $116,021/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
