Hormonal imbalances unleash various symptoms, from excessive hair growth and acne to relentless fatigue, weight gain, and even anxiety - just to name a few. The list goes on, revealing the profound impact these imbalances can have on an individual's well-being.


Who you are

Aspect is looking for a Customer Success Manager to provide support to our customers across their journey of discovery, purchase, use, and referrals of friends to our platform.

You will be working with our support team and have full autonomy on how to design our support practices and will only be beholden to a single outcome - our users’ success with using our products, purchasing our service, and having a world-class experience.

You will also be in charge of creating social media outreach content with the objective of clarifying our mission to our prospective customers and increasing our social media presence and success.


The tasks

  • Analyze common customer requests and prepare a weekly report to share with the team.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, answer their queries, and provide support to resolve any issues or problems they may encounter.
  • Provide assistance to customers through various channels such as our website, email, and Meta platform.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Respond to user questions and requests about purchases to support sales efforts.
  • Post-Purchase Support:
  • Although not required, having visual design skills is a plus.
  • Pre-Purchase Support:
  • Develop and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Enhance and improve support processes to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Collaborate with developers and managers to improve services by sharing feedback and insights from customer interactions.
