Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager with experience in the US market to manage our brand's social media accounts and create custom content to increase our online presence. The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms, and be able to attract new followers and engage with the existing ones. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that align with our brand's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.
  • Create and manage social media content calendars and ensure that content is published on schedule.
  • Analyze social media metrics and use insights to optimize social media campaigns.
  • Create and manage social media ads to promote our brand and products.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other social media accounts to increase our reach and following.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase our online presence and engagement in the staffing/recruitment industry.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotions.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Ability to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management in the staffing/recruitment industry.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools.
