ABOUT THE JOB

As a Creators Partnerships Manager for a new social platform, you'll be working directly in the commercial division, signing up influencers & digital creators for the platform. You'll be utilising your passion for influencer/talent management together with your expertise in the use of social media platforms (TikTok & Instagram) to successfully negotiate partnerships and contracts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop engaging proposal decks for new and existing clients.
• Proactively identify and outreach digital creators and influencers to onboard to the social platform.
• Utilise social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) to reach potential new talent and creators.
• Build and maintain relationships with digital creators, ensuring their needs are always met in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with different teams, ensuring internal coordination across all departments
• Create strategies in order to develop the creators’ personal brands.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Be commercially-savvy, comfortable selling the platform to creators
• Exceptional knowledge of social media platforms (particularly TikTok & Instagram)
• 3+ years’ experience within influencer/talent/campaigns management world
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
