Description


As the Customer Care Support, you will interact with internal and external customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests pertaining to products and services. You will also act as a liaison supporting sales representatives and facilities focusing on business-critical items while meeting the goals, objectives and demands of the organization and adhering to policies and procedures.


  • Utilize problem solving and sound judgement to promote customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries to meet the needs of facilities, sales representatives, and the hub network.
  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed
  • Perform Credit & Rebills research and process correctly.
  • Process inventory returns RMAs (Return Material Authorization) and communicate as appropriate.
  • Passion for customer service field.
  • Process and input purchase orders in an accurate and consistent manner derived via inbound calls, fax or email.
  • Able to efficiently utilize Microsoft office products including Excel and Outlook.


Additional Skills & Qualifications


  • Experience with credits/returns/collections
  • 3+ years of consumer products industry customer service experience
  • Data Entry (35 wpm)
  • High school diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent required (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Processing Orders
  • Experience with remote position for time management and engagement
  • Salesforce, JDE, general computer skills and call center systems, Excel, Outlook
