Customer Service Representative - Remote ($16.50 / Hour)

• Utilize call center experience to deliver exceptional customer service
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims
• Provide assistance via telephone and written correspondence
• Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer questions and concerns

Experience Required

• Minimum of 12 months recent and continuous call center experience

Other Details

• Contract position available through March
• Remote work option after 4 weeks of onsite training
• Must have availability to work any day of the week between 7am-8pm
