Job Purpose and Impact

The Customer Service Representative will execute a limited scale of customer service activities for a single site team. In this role, you will provide clerical or administrative tasks to help optimize processing complex orders from customers and resolving order or delivery issues.

Key Accountabilities

• Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to maintaining and updating tools or systems and relationships that supports accurate customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management.
• Inform customers about order status, invoices and other standard information needed to complete the sale.
• Other duties as assigned
• Participate in executing customer service strategies.
• Perform complex administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments requiring a basicunderstanding of customer service practices and procedures.

This position is open to remote within the US.

The expected salary for this position is approx $44k. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award.The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance. Full-Time (30+ hours) positions are eligible for a benefits package including the following (subject to certain collective bargaining agreements for Union positions): Paid time off; paid holidays; medical, vision and dental coverage; flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability insurance; retirement savings; employee and family assistance program (EAP).

Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years experience in a corporate customer service environment
• Working experience and proficiency with MS Suite
• Working experience with SAP
