Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to become a vital member of our Executive Response Team. This role is based at our serene Sheridan Meadows office in Amherst, New York. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer interactions and shaping positive experiences. This position offers excellent growth potential within our organization.
Work Schedule
Our company values work-life balance. We offer a hybrid work schedule that includes three core office days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and two remote workdays (Monday and Friday).
Key Responsibilities
Addressing complex customer complaints, escalations, and inquiries via phone, written communication, or social media.
Proactively identifying customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication.
Timely and efficient response to customer queries via phone, email, social media, or chat platforms.
Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback across various channels and touchpoints.
Collaborating with teams to compile and prepare insightful reports on product feedback and performance.
Assisting in the development of a streamlined process for resolving escalated agency complaints.
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure positive outcomes and customer recognition.
Acting as a liaison between customers and internal/external stakeholders, including banks and corporate executives.
Qualifications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective communication across all organizational levels.
Ability to grasp and apply company policies and guidelines effectively.
Strong organizational skills with a knack for prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, displaying meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel).
Collaborative team player with the ability to work harmoniously across departments.
High level of interpersonal skills, demonstrating diplomacy and poise.
Bachelor's or associate's degree, or equivalent work experience.
