ABOUT THE ROLE
Leads the design of culture and communication strategies and deliver actionable plans to ensure workforce awareness and behaviors are aligned to deliver as per Leadership standards and Corporate Strategy expectations. Drives TSS culture strategies and initiatives to enable business results while creating an extraordinary Employee Experience that will impact customer experience, patient’s health, and providers commitment to our vision. Connects values, leadership standards, corporate strategy, organization, and human capital processes to enable business results. As an articulate coach, facilitator, and influencer partner with stakeholders across the organization to provoke alignment and acts as a model of leadership standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help articulate and develop new ways of working that are required to deliver the organizations goals.
- Develop and execute communication strategies that reflect our employer brand to enable all employee’s knowledge, understanding, engagement and alignment to Corporate Strategy using diverse methodologies such as: communication forums (Live Events, Meetings, among other), newsletters, printed visuals, microlearning, micro-videos, intranet, email announcements, planned publications, special projects among other, and measures impact on workforce awareness and alignment.
- Implement KPI’s on culture and communications initiatives deployment and impact (outcome) to measure awareness, alignment of behaviors and performance results as per Corporate Strategy.
- Partners with Talent & OD to drive change management strategies and engagement annual survey execution, results and activities with measurable goals while building strong network to influence and enable adequate change and transitions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Drives DE&I initiatives to impact internal and external stakeholders view on TSS as a company that values people, creates equal opportunities for all and sustains an inclusive work experience where individuals can live to their maximum potential and aspirations.
- Other tasks as assigned by management and that are essential.
- Oversee ad-hoc projects that further enhance the employee and customer/patients/shareholder experience.
- Leads Gente Valiosa program and social activities ensuring core mission and workforce emotional connection to our company while measuring impact and evolution, as necessary.
- Partner with HR leaders to align Human Capital processes to values, Leadership standard, Corporate Strategy, and organization to enable the desired culture.
- Partners with HR and Marketing & Communications colleagues to connect Human Capital experiences and related communications to enable a strong internal/external employer brand while measuring impact and progress.
- Lead current and future state culture review and assessment, identification of strengths and gaps and drivers to develop the culture both from an external best practice perspective and within Triple-S unique context.
- Design, develop and implement enterprise-wide culture strategies that will align values, leadership model, corporate strategy, and organization design to enable company financial results and market leadership.
- Provide counsel, guidance and tools to managers and senior leadership as to best practices in communicating with employees to elevate productivity, pride and engagement while boosting alignment to Corporate Strategy and company goals.
- Proposes and manages approved annual budget in line with expectations and governance requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Preferably a Master’s Degree, minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with specialty in Human Resources Management, or related field such as Industrial-Organizational Psychology or Organizational Psychology or a combination of any previous area with a minimum of 5 years of experience on HR management or leading an HR department in medium to big company.
Experience leading culture, change management or in combination or focus with employee communications initiatives or HR department with culture, change and employee communications orientation.
