Admin Ofcr 3 (Asst Dir Of Communications And Culture)

As a member of the College of Engineering’s seven-member marketing and communications team, this position will directly support communications, outreach and organizational culture-based strategic initiatives in the college. They will manage all meetings and events for the College of Engineering Dean’s Office, including production of audio/visual and/or written materials; consult with departments on meetings and events, providing college resources as appropriate. They will provide support for the College of Engineering internal communications and organizational culture efforts within the college and across teams. They will interface and liaise with college staff, faculty and student groups. They will serve as the College of Engineering representative at departments within both the college and university, including but not limited to Undergraduate Education; Development and Alumni Relations (DEVAR); Strategic Communications; Ceremonies and Special Events; colleges and schools, and other units as relevant to specific projects.
