Title: Campaign Management Specialist
Hours: Full Time
Compensation: $50-55/hour
W2 Role: Consulting role with minimum 9 months contract with possible extensions

Overview:
We are seeking a Program Management Analyst to assist in the build and launch of technically complex marketing programs on multiple system platforms. The Analyst will be accountable for investigating/reconciling data and system functionality, documenting technical requirements, and analyzing campaign waterfalls and reports.
Responsibilities:
- Document and communicate detailed campaign requirements so that they can be executed and audited against
- Perform data audit validations to ensure flawless campaign delivery
- Create and improve existing data process controls and procedures
- Reconcile data and information between report tools and systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify campaign data requirements and transfer them into technical design
Requirements:
- Highly organized, attention-to-detail, and process-oriented
- Expertise with Excel, having a strong understanding of fundamental skills; data tables, pivot tables, macros
- Experienced with coding and/or working with IT system teams
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience (coursework or professional experience)
- Demonstrated ability to apply innovative and resourceful solutions to solve challenges and the ability to meet detailed project goals and timelines while working independently
- Strong background in data reconciliation, systems, and reporting
Education Bachelors Degree

The starting pay range for this role is $50-55 an hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
