The Role

The Lead Consultant & Project Lead - SAP Business One will be working with the consulting team and reporting to the Head of Professional Services or the business unit head. The main objective will be to conduct end-to-end implementation for customers on SAP Business One ERP. Consultants having additional exposure to S4/HANA cloud will be added advantage. You will have broad learning scope with various Addon packages and SAP products like CPQ, FSM, Concur, Success Factor, and integration with a wide range of Enterprise software and middleware.

What You'll Do

• Follow the SAP Project management best practices. Adopt organization consulting practice and follow the documentation and sign-off process.
• Developing and maintaining various industry vertical knowledgebases including Pharma, Life science, Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution.
• Providing, Lead & Manage SAP Business One implementation, consultancy, and ongoing support projects.
• Take customer stakeholders in confidence with SAP project implementation and keep them informed about upcoming events and task
• Make sure the project is delivered on time and all related activities are completed by internal and external stakeholders.
• Effectively communicating with the client, stakeholders, management, and SAP team at Silver Touch.
• Work on project progress reporting with all stakeholders, including the project management team at the customer end.
• Configure SAP Business One and validate it with test data per the blueprint document.
• Manage integration to external systems, such as WMS, eCommerce, payment, EDI systems, etc.,
• Perform process reviews and system testing to ensure the delivery of quality solutions.
• Manage Delivery of projects with our delivery teams in India/UK/USA/Canada/etc.
• Complete proper documentation as part of the discovery phase and generate the final blueprint for the customer’s approval and as per the agreed scope.
• Drive the end-to-end process for implementation projects, from business requirement management, SAP configuration, Addon solution implementation, and Integration with various 3rd party software.
• Train the client in the use of SAP Business One and related software applications
• Work with workshop-based SAP implementation practice, identify gaps between standard SAP Business One and clients’ business needs and make them aware of the best practices of SAP.
• Must have excellent knowledge of Boyum B1UP, BeaS & Produmex.
• Design and implement add-on solutions around SAP to meet client business needs.

Who You Are

• Preferred experience with HANA Analytics and reporting
• Technical skills in SQL, HANA, DTW, and Report generation
• BA/BS, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
• 10+ years of business management experience
• Experience with Crystal Reports development / Tableau / Power BI platforms
• Extensive experience in SAP Business One implementation
• MBA/MS preferred but not required.
• Have a working knowledge of accounting principles.
