Manage Salesforce APIs with applications as required.

Key Responsibilities Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce.com and other 3rd party integrations.

Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes.

Ability to manage Data Integration tasks.

Experience working with data, understanding KPIs and running reports

Experience in clienteling, developing and driving initiatives

Experience with CRM tools, design and data management

Collaborate with team members for project management and logistics

Advanced Excel skills required, Tableau and data visualization experience preferred

Manage and develop agency/agent bonus incentive system - Comarch

Manage and develop reporting tools for all communication channels – call, email hygiene, agent triage

Build and develop further capabilities from the Infusionsoft CRM system for agent contact

Experience with CRM tools, design and data management

Compensation offered for this role is $61,500.00-$85,000.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent field clinical/sales experience.

Minimum 2+ years of medical device, pharmaceutical, or related sales experience (direct selling experience to physicians and hospitals) preferred

Must be able to be on a rotational call on a 24/7/365 basis with a sales team

Must be able to work flexible hours, complete extensive training program
