Pay range:

$45.00 - 50.00hr

Responsibilities:

• Balance multiple projects while ensuring quality and deadlines.
• Develop marketing materials, including print ads, POS, web assets, digital media, tradeshow graphics,etc.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders: project managers, marketing leads, and external vendors to execute design concepts.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail and possess eagerness to learn.
• Ensure accuracy by understanding and applying the master brand guidelines, creative process, and internal proofing.
• Demonstrates in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in graphic design, and basic knowledge of related areas such as merchandising, advertising,, marketing, licensing, and co-branding.

Qualifications:

• Conceptual thinker that can generate multiple ideas and solutions to design tasks
• BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field
• Earnest to apply organizational, design, and time-management skills
• High proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and Figma on Mac OS
• Ready to present and communicate ideas in a clear, concise, and compelling way
• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
• Able to fold the big idea through a wide range of media
• High level understanding of branding, advertising, online marketing and media concepts
• Enjoy the ability to work autonomously on assignments
• Experience designing for a variety of media, between digital and print
• Minimum of 3-4 years of digital and/or print design experience
• Documented experience creating print graphics and working with vendors to project completion
