Core Accountabilities:
- Collaborates with management to identify training needs and develops training programs.
- Creation, review, implementation and oversight of training methods such as, websites, applications, software, and videos.
- Conducts training sessions for new partners and team members, as well as, ongoing training sessions.
- Consistently reviews performance and KPI's to provide performance improvement feedback and coaching.
- Plans, designs, develops, and delivers sustainable strategic training.
- Measures the effectiveness of training and identifies areas in which additional training is required and/or beneficial.
Skill Set & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals, and the measurement of training effects.
- Must be able to pass background check requirements, according to company policy.
- Certification in Training/Learning & Development required.
- Must have minimum three (3) years' experience in a corporate training & design role (onsite and online).
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to train adult learners required.
- HS Diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree preferred.
Technical Requirements
- Reliable Computer w/great internet connection.
- Must be tech savvy w/working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions
- Working knowledge of GSuite – Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs
Pay: $55k - $65k (Based on Experience)
