The Jacobs Returnship program has been designed for talented professionals looking to REFRESH SKILLS, REBUILD CONFIDENCE and REIGNITE CAREERS after an extended career break and absence from the workforce. This is paid, 16-week initiative with intent to transition our returners to permanent placement. As diverse as our business is, as are the opportunities we have available. Our cohort of Returnship participants will join multidisciplinary teams across a variety of divisions.

As a participant, you will:
- Experience 16 weeks of on the job learning and exploration with a diverse community of professionals from a wide range of backgrounds
- Access the vast network of resources at Jacobs through continual leadership development, support, and mentorship from our dedicated Returnship program team
- Be confident that you will receive ongoing support and mentorship and support as you navigate the transition with us to permanent employment
- Be a part of our Returnship cohort community participating in regular focus group feedback session and social events to facilitate a seamless transition as you return to the workforce
To be considered for a Returnship, applicants should have had at least a voluntary one-year break in work service and wish to join a company who will support you in achieving a successful return-to-work.

Our flexible work schedules offer you the opportunity to work either remotely or in a Jacobs office. You will have the option to work full-time, part-time, or a modified full-time schedule (21-39 hours) based upon your needs and interest. We can explore the schedule that works best for a healthy work-life balance.

The base salary range for this position is $38.27 to $91.51/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations . Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
