The Jacobs Returnship program has been designed for talented professionals looking to REFRESH SKILLS, REBUILD CONFIDENCE and REIGNITE CAREERS after an extended career break and absence from the workforce.   • Experience 16 weeks of on the job learning and exploration with a diverse community of professionals from a wide range of backgrounds
  • Access the vast network of resources at Jacobs through continual leadership development, support, and mentorship from our dedicated Returnship program team
  • Be confident that you will receive ongoing support and mentorship and support as you navigate the transition with us to permanent employment
  • Be a part of our Returnship cohort community participating in regular focus group feedback session and social events to facilitate a seamless transition as you return to the workforce


To be considered for a Returnship, applicants should have had at least a voluntary one-year break in work service and wish to join a company who will support you in achieving a successful return-to-work.

Our flexible work schedules offer you the opportunity to work either remotely or in a Jacobs office. You will have the option to work full-time, part-time, or a modified full-time schedule (21-39 hours) based upon your needs and interest. The base salary range for this position is $38.27 to $91.51/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations . Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
