We are seeking a tech-savvy individual with a passion for learning and design for our Corporate Trainer position.

Have strong written and oral communication skills. Be technically savvy, willingness to learn new software, and their computer becomes an extension of themselves.

Essential Tasks:

  • Attend office staff in-services or meetings, as needed, in order to provide short, interactive, topic based training on a weekly, bi-weekly, or quarterly basis.
  • Conduct review of each office’s progress towards KanTime utilization
  • Based on responses, provide individual and/or group training to improve the efficiency, accuracy and cost-effectiveness of staff’s method and processes;
  • Observe, analyze, and make recommendations for improvements to the service attendant orientation process and methods.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness by monitoring participation and performance
  • Develop new methods and materials for service attendant orientation, in collaboration with Corporate Human Resources, to increase the service attendant’s readiness for assignment and improve the service attendant’s representation of the company in the client’s home.

  • Observe team’s methods of processing records; provide feedback and conduct follow-up training to increase efficiency and accuracy;

Essential Requirements and Skills:

  • • High school diploma or GED; Associate, B.A., B.S., or higher degree, preferred.
  • Experience in the following areas/competencies is advantageous: o Training and Development
  • Two to three of experience in direct training.

o HMO, managed healthcare or insurance professional o Curriculum development specialist

  • Skilled at conducting internet research.
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • CLASS and DBMD knowledge preferred, however CLASS and DBMD training will be provided by the Agency.
  • Travel required, some overnight/out of town travel may be required for attendance at meetings, training programs, conferences, etc. Must have reliable transportation, a valid Texas drivers’ license and required automobile insurance.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat, Content Creator, and SharePoint preferred.
  • Must maintain current CPR certification including the Heimlich Maneuver, on-line certification is not sufficient to meet this requirement.
  • Must be able to type 35 wpm with 80% accuracy and 80% accuracy in Excel.
