Boston or Springfield, MA - HYBRID (1-3 days in office)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated, self-starting individual to join our growing team as a Corporate Trainer. Do you enjoy bringing out the best in others? You will create and deliver workshops on topics like change management, interpersonal skills, leadership, team development and more! The Impact (What You Will Do)

• Unleash your creative instructional design to produce, update, support and deliver blended, ILT, online/web-based, microlearning, videos, and performance collateral
• Host engaging in-person, live virtual, recorded and on-site training workshops
• Proactively collaborate with the team and our internal community of learning and development colleagues
• Bring your consulting skills to assess the best options for development solutions

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and incorporating this into curriculum design and development
• 2+ years of experience designing and developing training materials including instructor-led and online/e-learning modules
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a corporate training or facilitation role

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in communication, education, instructional design, or related field
• Demonstrated working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Articulate Studio/Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, virtual instructor-led training tools
• Experience with LMS and LXP platforms (e.g. Workday Learn, Degreed)
• Instructional Design certification
