Summary Of Position


The Brand Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Brand team with administrative and tactical efforts.  This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and creative problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is passionate about beauty, hyper-engaged, able to work well cross-functionally and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Principle Accountabilities


  • Assist with calendaring and tracking key go-to market milestones (brief brainstorm, brief kickoff, etc)
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams including inventory planning, education, creative, product development, international, and operations.
  • Maintenance of product pipeline calendar and accuracy of product slides
  • Sample Management - Track, organize and distribute product comps to internal and external teams.
  • Supports meeting preparation including creating & organizing documents, meeting set-up, meeting agendas and recaps, organization of distribution lists, product comps, displays, etc.
  • Responsible for SKU setup, maintaining business documents with high accuracy including pricing and discontinuation logs.
  • Organizing and building of polished, consistent, well-formatted, branded decks including the creation and organization of templates and the editing of existing work
  • Helps category managers compile competitive research and relevant trend analysis.
  • Maintain and meet deadlines on multiple, concurrent projects.


Required Skills & Experience


  • Able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong team player with ability to work cross functionally.
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 1-2 years of related business experience, preferably in retail, CPG, and/or beauty/fashion
  • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple work streams while maintaining an attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Genuine passion for retail, product, and trends and a strong customer filter
  • An eye for polished, consistent, aesthetically pleasing deliverables
  • Highest levels of professionalism and calm under pressure
  • Dynamic, engaging professional with a positive attitude; ability to work well with teams.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment and often under pressure.


Travel Requirements


Monthly store team visits.


Physical Requirements

Additional Information


FORMA Brands takes a market-based approach to pay, and amounts will vary depending on your geographic location. The salary range reflected here is for positions based in the Greater Los Angeles area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future without notice.


Compensation Range: $57,000 - $85,000


The Company reserves the right to alter, change, abolish and even combine jobs depending upon changing conditions.
