Brand Coordinator

We are looking for a Brand Coordinator to support our Account Managers with day-to-day client relationships and make sure all projects run like a well-oiled machine. Whether it’s assisting with the development of advertising materials, social media graphics, or copyediting a blog article, our Brand Coordinators find the best solution, keep things moving and get the job done efficiently and effectively.

If you are a hyper-organized self-starter that can adapt quickly, ask the right question at the right time, create a spreadsheet on the fly, or find a misplaced comma in a haystack, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities

Project Coordinator

• Assist with creative concepts for campaigns =
• Other duties as assigned, including copyediting, communicating with vendors, and reviewing creative
• Updating spreadsheets or organizing content and information for our client website projects
• Support Account Managers with project management and the creation of a wide range of project deliverables, including collateral, advertising campaigns, email marketing, marketing collateral design assets, putting content (copywriting) and graphics together and/or social assets

Email & Digital Marketing

• Deploy HTML emails from MailChimp
• Design or content updates to various assets being used within client campaigns
• SEO keyword reports – format reports and spreadsheets into templated/approved layouts for clients.
• Copyedit and post blog articles to client websites
• Use existing templates to update copy and images on a regular basis to deploy engaging and well-polished emails. – send email designs to our clients in Asana project management tool getting feedback and finalizing them
• Package content documents for design teams

Skills and Qualifications

• BA Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any relevant field
• You are a critical thinker:We are a fast-paced agency, growing even faster, and need Coordinators that are ready to hit the ground running on day 1.
• Other Helpful Skills - Familiarity with Platforms:Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, Asana, Slack, MailChimp, WordPress, Excel, basic Google Analytics and Google Ads knowledge
• You are highly motivated:You are proactive and ask questions to integrate yourself into the account management process.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience, preferably in marketing
