Responsibilities

The Brand Operations Coordinator is responsible for daily operational and logistical facets within the business via wholesale and retail outlets. This is a full time position at 40 hours per week.

• Responsible for customer service inquiries on a daily basis.
• Coordinate and fulfill website, wholesale, drop ship and purchase orders on a daily basis.
• Identify areas of operational improvement, propose and implement solutions and actively contribute to enhancement of operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and prep products and supplies for trade shows, sample sales and events.
• Coordinate office tasks, such as ordering office and shipping supplies.
• Work closely with third party vendors as point of contact when launching new collections, onboarding new accounts and troubleshooting issues.
• Develop, maintain and monitor operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between various departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve operational issues.
• Process and track returns, refunds and repairs from all applicable sales channels.
• Execute operations-focused directives, projects and initiatives, in partnership with the Brand Manager.
• Responsible for ensuring inventory integrity is maintained. Monitor movement of all inventory and update inventory on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for e-Commerce updates (via Shopify), such as new collections, promotions, product creation, photo coordination and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Small business experience highly preferred
• 1+ years relevant experience in Operations required
• Experience with Excel/spreadsheets
• Start Date: ASAP
• Must be able to commute and work in-office in San Diego, CA (Hillcrest) weekdays Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
• Experience with Shopify
• Must be a strong communicator, highly organized/detail oriented and thrive in working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience with DSCO and Mirakl
• Experience with shipping via UPS/Shipstation
