Chef Thomas Keller's Yountville restaurant, La Calenda, is looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about food, beverage and hospitality to join the culinary brigade as an AM Kitchen Porter.

Named for a Oaxacan parade, La Calenda combines vibrant Mexican food with a family-friendly environment. Drawing on seasonal ingredients and using traditional cooking methods, the restaurant casts a glance across a range of regional Mexican cuisines.

Qualified individuals should possess a keen attention to detail, organization and cleanliness. In addition to technical skill of a minimum of 1 year of experience, the individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a team collaborator.
The kitchen porter cleans and maintains all service-ware and cookware. Cleans and maintains all kitchen areas. The porter posses a working understanding of all equipment and cleaning supplies.
