About the Role:

As part of the Digital Content Management team, the Digital Content Management Specialist integrates new content into the content management system (CMS) and handles governance of existing content updates across dozens of sites. This position works closely with the SEO team, Brand Managers, developers, and Project Managers to coordinate website efforts under strict deadlines. An ideal candidate has CMS experience, an ability to pivot based on needs, is patient under pressure, collaborative and kind, embraces change, isn’t fazed by reprioritization of priorities, and can execute high-quality work at a fast pace.

How you will make an impact:

• Maintain a collaborative, problem-solving working relationship with internal stakeholders
• Maintain best practices as established by the department
• Troubleshoot issues that may arise
• Execute tasks according to all internal publishing workflows and processes
• Review, upload, edit, and organize web content, including text, images, videos, and documents

• Experience in content or website management
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven, entrepreneurial environment
• Resourceful, team player, high energy and flexible
• Strong interpersonal communication skills. Can clearly and proactively communicate with individuals across multiple teams and departments
• Thrives both as an individual contributor and as a collaborator with others
• Experience with basic HTML
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat
• Functional understanding of site construction, configuration, and maintenance
• Proven track record of delivering high quality execution with customer service orientation
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required)
• Experience working in WordPress and/or Drupal
