Overview


The Commercial Operations Team is Trustpilot’s engine room, engaging with most departments within the company to ensure consistent and efficient processes. The department currently consists of 24 employees across our Copenhagen, London, and New York City offices. You will be reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations based out of the New York office.


Trustpilot is seeking a dynamic and analytical Commercial Operations Manager to deliver on day-to-day asks of the North American Commercial team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and resourceful person who will be working closely with our local sales and customer success departments, along with our Global Operations team to build out a solid operational infrastructure to scale a rapidly growing team. You will be responsible for collaborating with the team on implementing key initiatives and supporting day to day operations of the commercial organization.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Be a broker of sales engagement/ownership issues between the Sales and CS departments globally to facilitate collaboration and order
  • Own key weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational processes such as renewal reporting, trailing conversion rate, and time to conversation
  • Supporting Commercial team management with daily requests, and approvals, and assisting with processing quotes
  • Assist with the maintenance of accuracy of data within Salesforce for the US New Business portfolio of accounts and facilitate the governance of the Sales Team with regards to timeliness and accuracy of updates
  • Initiate dialogue for systems and tool usage, to create more efficient sales and integration activities and optimize results
  • Define, improve, and automate core operational processes such as lead routing, pipeline management, and Customer Success Journey.
  • Create and own robust reports and dashboards that measure and track company KPIs and sales metrics such as retention and integration
  • Provide suggestions and action plans to create more efficient sales and integration activities and optimize results
  • Partner with the New Business and Global Operations departments to deliver on new and improved processes and aid in the building of future commercial support infrastructure


Who You Are


  • Have experience with internal and external stakeholder management
  • Significant experience in a sales operations or commercial operations role
  • Organized and can handle working on multiple projects at once
  • Able to present and implement your ideas in order to get better solutions
  • Enthusiasm for building and maintaining deep relationships
  • Analytical mindset, an enthusiasm for working with data, and advanced Excel or Google skills
  • Previous experience working within Salesforce
  • Detail-oriented
  • An attitude defined by taking personal responsibility to meet commitments and actively seeks additional responsibility
  • An ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior-level audiences
  • A team player & good communicator
  • Enjoy working collaboratively with various departments across the organization
  • You understand and thrive working in a Commercial environment
  • An ability to prioritize workload and meet targets set by others while collaborating with departments ensuring priorities are moved forward
