Effectively manage onsite and remote service teams and a driver of people performance

Demonstrated high-level administrative experience, including advanced computer skills (Microsoft office)

Automotive technical and repair knowledge skills preferred

Understanding of problem-solving methods such as SWOT Analysis, Lean implementations, Six Sigma operational and Visual Management standards preferred

Partner with Service Operations Manager to ensure performance standards for operations and customer service are met or exceeded

Have a thorough understanding of budget expectations and manage cost centers (working hours, inventory cost, accounts receivable) accordingly.

5+ years of experience in a service management role - planning, organizing and delivering impactful service improvements in complex technical environments

Experience in defining and delivering product roadmaps and lifecycle management

Provide transparency and visibility to application landscape health and issues, through periodic communications and management reporting, as appropriate.

Experience of working in a multi-vendor outsourced environment and with remote offshore teams

Ensure seamless operations with minimal disruption, of current applications, in support of National Grid’s business requirements and service level agreements.

Manage the operational relationship with, and performance of, suppliers and service providers, to ensure contractual agreements are met.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the pool industry or a related service industry.

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for service management and data analysis.

Develop and maintain the commercial and business strategy for our drug substance (DS) services within the CDMO business unit.

3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience

Assist in the management of other store operations areas as needed.

Manages the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPS, including the continuous flow process.

Supports the Store Manager and others in areas including but not limited to staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.

Monitors the receiving process, transfers, debits, damages, and charge-backs and partners with the Receiving Supervisor to maintain the accuracy of inventory.

Have experience with internal and external stakeholder management

Supporting Commercial team management with daily requests, and approvals, and assisting with processing quotes

Define, improve, and automate core operational processes such as lead routing, pipeline management, and Customer Success Journey.

Significant experience in a sales operations or commercial operations role

Analytical mindset, an enthusiasm for working with data, and advanced Excel or Google skills

Previous experience working within Salesforce

5+ years of experience in the biologics CDMO industry with specific focus on selling/supporting/developing drug substance manufacturing services

You have experience with Salesforce management; knowledge of Gainsight and other commercial softwares are also helpful

You have 5-8 years of relevant experience in commercial/business operations, analytics, enablement, management consulting, or similar functions

You have demonstrable experience utilizing strong analytical skills and quantitative aptitude and are intermediate or advanced with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

You have experience presenting to executive teams and preparing slide decks and business insights for board meetings

Experience in digital health or healthcare is extremely helpful in role success
