What will you be doing?


  • Communicate with prospects, follow-up on sales leads, handle customer requests, sell the right product that meets customer requirements, prepare sales proposals, and drive opportunity closures.
  • You will typically service clients across the Mid-West and East-Coast.
  • Target and engage clients, meeting “ideal client” criteria. Accounts may be assigned to you, but you are expected to also create your own.
  • Build a long-term relationship by becoming a trusted client partner.
  • Drive value through meetings, travelling to client sites when needed.
  • Generate new opportunities, following established sales and client engagement processes.
  • This is a true ‘hunter’ role, and you will be expected to win new logos from allocated opportunities and through sourcing your own leads. You will work with channel partners and influencers as well as potential clients to understand their strategy to be able to sell and fully embed Freespace solutions into their workplaces.
  • Forecast pipeline accurately, including expected close date, projected deal size, and projected deal probability.
  • Build, maintain and close a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Diligently utilize CRM to house all client information and track all sales activities.
  • Work collaboratively with Freespaces’ teams to ensure successful sales outcomes leading to happy clients.


What will you bring to the team?


  • 2-3 years (minimum) of successful SaaS solution-based selling to senior (C+) executives/VPs/Directors ideally in the Real Estate, IT and Workplace Experience sectors.
  • Commercially astute
  • Highly driven and motivated towards sales, persistent winner attitude.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience competing in a crowded space.
  • Proven track record of closing large (6 figures) and high-quality deals.
  • Confident and credible
  • Strategic thinker, able to spot and create opportunities.
  • Expert negotiation skills, having managed complex deals where you have driven maximum value and ROI for your customers.
  • Proven ability to sell collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders and teams.
  • Proven ability to self-prospect and generate leads.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and work with multiple lines of business.
  • Good standard of education (strong bachelor’s degree)
  • A consultative sales style and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good personal organization skills
  • Solid understanding of the Proptech landscape
